Golf Course Master Plan

Running Horse Golf & Country Club successfully launched Phase II of the golf course development to rave reviews.

Phase II consists of 780 lots on our 18-hole Co-Designed Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus II championship golf course. Phase II will be released over three different phases with priority in selection and reservation given to Running Horse Golf & Country Club members.

The home sites within Phase II are located within a gated community with lot sizes ranging from 7,000 square feet to 20,000 square feet.
