 Kearney Estates Sold Out Founder Memberships opened summer 2003 followed by an extremely successful Phase I launch of 58 home sites in November 2003. In one day nearly all 58 lots were sold out! Phase I consists of 58 home sites with an average lot size of 9,000 square feet. Contruction on the first 50 homes has already begun. Seven models designed by Edinger Architects are available for review and selection. Phase I features a community-like setting with crisp sidewalks, manicured lawns and friendly neighbors. |
