Scott Webb / Managing Partner, Running Horse LLC

A successful businessman with over 18 years of experience in real estate and financial management, Scott Webb has made Running Horse his next venture.

Scott is president and CEO of Titan Asset Management, a prominent property management company in San Diego, CA. While maintaining his company in San Diego, Scott is also a co-managing partner of Running Horse, overseeing sales and development.

Scott graduated from Linfield College in McMinnville, Oregon, where he obtained a bachelor of arts degree in business administration. Following his graduation he also earned a certification as a business analyst from George S. May International Co. with an emphasis on profit/loss statements, employee policies and procedures, cost control systems, evaluation and recommendations for improvement of the bottom line.

Scott also obtained his California Real Estate License in 1985 and placed his focus primarily on residential sales. In 1985 Scott acquired his California Brokers License, this time turning to subdivisions in the Palm Springs area of California. To round out his career Scott also secured his California General Contractors License and Series 7 License.
