Tom O'Meara / Managing Partner, Running Horse LLC

Tom O'Meara has over 26 years expertise in banking, real estate, golf course and community development. While co-managing Running Horse, Tom is also president of Cypress Investment, a leading lender in golf course developments.

Tom graduated from Fresno State University with a bachelor of science degree in marketing and economics. He further continued his education and received a master's degree in business administration from California State University, Long Beach.

Tom founded Cypress Investment Corporation in 1988 and has specialized in high-end golf-course community developments since 1996. Cypress is a well-established mortgage banker and broker and has successfully served developers and homeowners throughout the United States. Some of the golf course developments Cypress has been involved in include Monterra, Lahontan, Gold Mountain, Santa Lucia Preserve and the Preserve at Jordan Lake.
