Located in Fresno, California the 18-hole championship golf course at
Running Horse Golf & Country Club will be the centerpiece to a
464-acre development and is sure to be the premiere private club in the
San Joaquin Valley. A co-design by Jack Nicklaus and Jack Nicklaus,
each hole will be carefully crafted, incorporating water features and
undulating terrain, the perfect test of skill for golfers at all levels
of the game. Multiple tees will be established to create a variety of
distinct yardages ranging from 5,200 to over 7,300 yards.
The
gated community of Running Horse will consist of 780 home-sites, with
the majority overlooking the golf course.
Currently under development, the course is scheduled to be open for play in 2006.
